Each week, this group will cover one principle from the Intuitive Eating Workbook: 10 Principles for Nourishing a Healthy Relationship with Food by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RDN, and Elyse Resch, MS, RDN. This group will gather and share experiences and support in an open group discussion.
